	55-meter components at the Port of Gdansk 30.04.2004 The structural components, each of as much as 55 m in length, were discharged on April 29 this year at the Szczecinskie Quay. Owing to the dimensions of the cargo, the entire operation demanded utmost precision with the action on the part of the highly experienced specialists. The number of 8 heavy pieces, each weighing 40.5 tonnes, were shipped from Italy on board the vessel "Sophie O." Carried by river to the town of Plock, the components will be used as structural members of a polyethylene manufacturing plant. The discharging operation was handled by the staff owned by the company of Port of Gdansk Cargo Logistics.
