A visit of delegates from the Nigbo Port

18.01.2008

The passing week has seen the Port of Gdansk hosting delegates of its Chinese counterpart in Ningbo. The talks, which had been in progress for some time before, concluded with the signing of a cooperation agreement. As a result, it is expected to enable the development of state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to the handling of substantial volumes of contenerized cargo that will be supplied by the Chinese partners. This may entail a significant boost in the throughput capacity and open up broad perspectives for the growth of the Gdansk port.
