Cooperation with the port of Rouen25.10.2005  On October 19-20 this year, upon invitation extended by the Marshal of the Province Jan Kozlowski, the region of Pomerania received a visit from the official delegation of the French region of Upper Normandy, headed by the regional leader - President Alain Le Verne. The delegation was composed of, i.a. Christian Herail - President of the Upper Normany Regional Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Ms. Martine Bonnie - Director of the Port Authority of Rouen.
 On October 20, the agreement was signed on cooperation between the Pomeranian Province and the Upper Normandy Region. The event was accompanied by the signing of the letter of intention on setting up cooperation between the Port of Gdansk Authority SA and the Port Authority of Rouen. It is aimed, among other things, at working to provide short sea shipping services between the ports of Gdansk and Rouen. The letter was signed by Director Martine Bonnie and, on behalf of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA, by Vice President Julian Skelnik.
