On June 14 this year, the port facility "K" - the Fuel Terminal at the Fuel Pier and the Coal Pier situated on the grounds under the management of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA became first ever port facilities in Polish seaports to have obtained the CERTIFICATION ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL SHIP AND PORT FACILITY SECURITY CODE.

Other port facilities in the area of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA had obtained the above-mentioned certifications by June 23, 2004.

As of this date, all port facilities in the Port of Gdansk situated in the grounds under the management of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA are in compliance with the INTERNATIONAL SHIP AND PORT FACILITY SECURITY - ISPS CODE.
