New members of the Board at the Port of Gdansk

10.05.2016

During meetings held on 9 and 10 May 2016, the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA verified the submitted candidacies, in compliance with the announcement of the initiation of the recruitment procedure for the positions of the President of the Board and the Vice-President of Financial Affairs published on 11 April 2016.

By the decision of the Supervisory Board of the PGA SA, Łukasz Greinke was appointed as the President of the Board, and Bożena Jankowska was appointed for the position of the Vice-President of Financial Affairs.

Lukasz Greinke graduated in Law at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, where he also completed postgraduate studies in Taxation. He is a professional legal adviser and has devoted most of his professional career to working in this field, in Trojmiasto's law offices. He is also familiar with issues connected with the transport and logistics industry, as for several years, he provided advisory and consulting services and was a member of Supervisory Boards of logistics companies such as ATC Cargo and Loconi Intermodal, dealing with supply chain management, as well as sea, rail, road, and intermodal transport. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Gasten company - a handling operator at the Port of Gdynia.

Bozena Jankowska is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. She also completed postgraduate studies in Taxation and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw. From the very beginning, she chose to specialise in the field of finance. For 20 years, she was a board member, chief financial officer and chief accountant at companies connected with the port industry, including, most recently, at Baltycki Terminal Zbozowy in Gdynia.
