The Port of Gdansk Authority SA awarded
the title of a Well-Perceived Company

28.04.2017

On 24 April 2017, the ceremonial finale of the 8th edition of the Well-Perceived Company competition was held at the Lubomirski Palace, seat of the Business Centre Club. 54 enterprises were distinguished in the competition.

Among them, the title of a Well-Perceived Company was also awarded to the Port of Gdansk Authority SA. The award is an expression of the competition board's recognition and thanks for social engagement and implementing the idea of corporate social responsibility.

This is the first title awarded to the Port of Gdansk Authority SA in the area of CSR. The company is actively carrying out activities for sustainable development and social responsibility based on the Policy of Good Business Practice of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA introduced last year, which is available at www.portgdansk.pl/port-authority/csr.

Marcin Osowski, Director for Infrastructure, accepted the award from the competition board in Warsaw.

Apart from the winners, the ceremony was attended by members of the competition board and people connected with the idea of corporate social responsibility. The event was held under honorary patronage of Elzbieta Rafalska, Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy.
