"DCT Gdansk" - the largest terminal in Poland and, at the same time, the only container hub on the Baltic, which handles more than half of Poland's seaborne container throughput - was awarded the title "TERAZ POLSKA" . This year's edition of the competition, which was run for the 22nd time by the Polish Promotional Emblem Foundation, acknowledged the top quality services provided by the Gdansk port's business partner in the category "sea and coastal shipping". Independent business experts from the Competition Board not only recognized the efforts of the "DCT" personnel, but also appreciated opinions from their clients and business partners. In addition to that, the "DCT" terminal was also awarded with this year's title of "Solid Employer of the Year 2011" in a competition organized for the fifth year by the Media Partner Group under the auspices of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy.

The Port of Gdansk Authority - as the landlord and seconder of DCT's success - is sharing the joy of its business partner. We wish to extend our congratulations upon this achievement and to express our belief that the rapid growth of the terminal - which has become a world-renowned brand of the Gdansk port - will be coupled with an equally successful rise in the economic effectiveness.
