announces a public tender

for a long-term lease of the land property located in Gdansk-Port Polnocny designated for
the Liquid Bulk Products Terminal

The object of the tender comprises:

• a land property of approx. 32 ha, partly built-up, located in Gdansk-Port Polnocny (Northern Port) between the terminals of Gaspol and Rudoport;
• a plot of land which will be marked off for the construction of hydrotechnical facilities to be developed by the investor and to which ZMPG SA shall acquire the right of perpetual usufruct after the perpetual usufruct has been established to the benefit of ZMPG SA.

The potential investor is expected to build a complete TERMINAL to the extent ensuring efficient and safe operation of the facility, in particular:

• berths for the handling of ships and all necessary dredging works enabling access from the waterside;
• all technical and technological fitting supply;
• structures, installations, roads, rail siding within the boundary of the land;
• waste water treatment plant (industrial and rain);
• a boiler house for own use;
• power generator;
• safety and security system, fire protection system, explosion prevention measures, environmental pollution protection system and chemical emergency rescue.

All participates in the tender are required to:

1. acquaint themselves with the terms and conditions of the tender and apply to obtain tender documentation by 2 p.m. on 5.09.2007;
2. submit an offer by 10 a.m. on 12.09.2007 to office of the Development Division (Pion Rozwoju);
3. pay a tender guarantee at the amount of PLN 250,000.

All tender documentation is available at www.portgdansk.pl/zmpg-sa/przetargi or at the office of the Development Division (Pion Rozwoju) - room number 104B, at the seat of ZMPG SA at 18 Zamknieta Street in Gdansk.

The tender guarantee shall be paid in cash at least three working days before the submission of the offer to the bank account No 10 1240 1268 1111 0010 0153 4655 at II Oddzial Gdansk - Filia Nowy Port, Bank PEKAO SA with the note "Tender No 1/RP/07". The tender guarantee will be forfeit to ZMPG SA, if the winning bidder fails to enter the contract at a specified date.

The opening of the offers will take place on 12.09.2007 at 10:15 a.m. in the office of ZMPG SA in Gdansk, Nowy Port, 18 Zamknieta Street, room No 102/A on the first floor. The submitted offer is valid until the agreement is signed or all bidders are informed that the procedure has been completed. Negotiations connected with the adjustment of the contract shall not exceed the time period of 6 months following the delivery date of the notice informing the bidder that he has been awarded the tender.

All interested parties are invited to inspect the subject of the tender on 20.08.2007 at 10 a.m. The meeting point will be the entrance gate to the Port Polnocny Sp. z o.o. at Budowniczych Portu Polnocnego Street from the side of Portowa Street.
