Transport Logistic' 2003

29.04.2003

On May 20-24, this year the Authorities of Gdansk and Gdynia Seaports will jointly participate in Europe's major trade specialist fair Transport Logistic' 2003 in Munich, Germany. This year's 9th edition of the International Fair of Logistics, Telematics, Maritime and Passenger Transport will focus on the international markets. The enlargement of the European Union will give rise to new challenges to be faced by the European transportation market, intensified competition on the one hand, but also better development opportunities on the other. This will result from widespread application of upgraded technological solutions in terms of logistics, such as GPS (Global Positioning System), UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System), as well as E-Commerce.

For many years now, Polish ports have participated in the event. Held in 2001, the previous edition gathered over 976 participants from 37 countries and attracted more than 35 thousand visitors representing at least 66 countries from all over the world. This year we kindly invite everyone to visit our exhibition stand no. 217/318 situated in Hall B5.
